When i am a cadet i was train by Madam yihua n Yiling as a commander. I like FAC but i dunno y now a days cadet dun like to FAC they dun like to be force. Every year from sec 1 to sec 5 i go FAC and win.
On 2007 i when FAC getting Champion and not only tt i got top in all category ...
- Top in Short case
- Top in TOC
- Top in LONG case

2008 FAC
This year i dun want to loss my champion but then too bad.
Okie 2 month B4 fac i have ask my senior and junior cadet whether they want to go FAC with the mind set i know my cadet dun like to be force. what they say was..
1) "AIYA i am scare. i am scare to go FAC"
2) " I am busy, got no time"
3) I need to study
4) and many more.....
i did not force my cadet. then i think okie fine then they all dun want to go and i did say " if u all wan to go tell me okie i am willing to train" i gave them date line.........
After waiting,..................... NO answer

PART 3
I was ask my Yuan Ching Officer. " TAJUDDIN can u help us to train yuan ching cadet. they dun have trainer"
It took me 3 days to think
during the process of thinking 2 things i ask my self 2 things " I think YCS ppl need me more then JVS for FAC?"
" Y no JVS cadet call me to tell SIR when can u train us?" MAYBE in the eyes of JVS cadet i am not useful to them okie ( lesson learn)
I dun mind.
I grab the offer of YCS
AT YCS i learnt lots of thing. I can see cadet who is capable and hardworking but dun have trainer. the 1st day i saw them i told them
" i cant promise u all a champion but for sure YCS will get one trophy "
The cadet put n lots of effort. Thay train and the treasure me. even they had a hard time scolding them.. In YCS i train the cadet
First aid, TOC, Footdrill and abit of Home Nursing. This is the 1st time they go FAC

The day have come. FIRST AID & HOME NURSING COMPETITION.
i was nerves in the morning i meet my YCS cadet at commonwealth mrt station.
Like alway i am very good at last minute work. i re pack my cadet 1st aid kit cos the supplier gave the wrong bandage. LOL
Thay change into Full -U at Mrt station.....
HAHAHAHA

after uniform inspection the various team stay at the holding room...
I was running around to see both JVS n YCS to do their different section. lol

During the First aid case for nursing cadet, i was shock and did nt go up and see hw my cadet do the case. this is b'cos most team after when COME back from the room cry and cry and cry... and i think my YCS team did not do well nor my JVS team.... okie nvr mind

nvr in my life i cry for others ... tears trickle down from my eyes when i saw my YCS GOT " TOP IN FIRST AID CASE" and my JVS TEAM got second for NA & NC.............
I am so happpppppy... am a very good 1st aid trainer i have prove even ppl with no exprience can will some thing... and the most important is i have completed my MISSION to at least let YCS to get a trophy hahahahahah
